To make updating Joomla, and your template possible without losing anyting, we have made module that does all the work. I adds css and code to the website, and based on cassiopeia it changes the layout. So it's a module!
Starting a new website with Joomla 4 can be daunting. Especially the templating part. Cassiopeia is the new template for Joomla 4. It is based on Bootstrap 5 and has many features. But the admin settings lack in options. Visit this page for instructions on how to use the module.

When launching (March 2021) the English language file is included. If you want you can translate it in your language, and i will include in the next release. We work with default Joomla language files, so the module can be made multi-lingual.
Update: Dutch and french language files added
If you change something in the settings of kickstart cassiopeia, these changes should be visible at once. if not, very often the system-page-cache plugin is enabled. Please disable this. Go to sytem / plugins / search for cache and disable the plugin.
